Vadashar – The Calendar of Zul

What do the stars hold for your adventuring party? The next entry in our “Free City of Vadashar” line expands the World of Zul into the very cosmos themselves. The Calendar and Zodiac of Zul features the almanac and astrological charts that have been employed since ancient times by the civilized peoples of the Megacontinent of Zul. Included is a list of month names (and their more familiar equivalents), as well as constellations, Zodiac signs, and a complete list of the major holidays and festivals celebrated since the fall of the Giant Kings.

Included is a brief history of the Free City of Vadashar, description of holidays and festivals, and a guide to the calendar and seasons. There is also advice for incorporating the Calendar into your campaign.
Accompanied by 11″x17″ (27.94cm x 43.18cm) star chart, a key to months and seasons, and more.

The Free City of Vadashar will include a line of sourcebooks, adventure supplements, campaign guides, and extensive information about the unique setting of Vadashar, which was introduced in 1980 and combines a variety of fantasy elements: sword and sorcery evoking the worlds of Robert E. Howard’s Conan the Barbarian, the shared universe of Thieves’ World, the carefree swashbuckling of Fritz Leiber’s Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser, and the modern film science fiction horror of the Alien and Prometheus franchise.

Our “Free City of Vadashar” products are available through Patreon and DriveThruRPG, and are compatible with Wizards of the Coast’s Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition.
